Resources and Recommendations

First, I’ve finally written a book (well, report). Take a look; I hope you can find something uselful:

Information Product Auction Tools and Resources

I thought it might be a bit handier for you to have a list of the links for the resources and recommendations found throughout my posts. I’ll be adding to it regularly, so be sure to check back often.

Some of these sites will ask for your email information, and you’ll be added to their newsletter. Some will provide great information; a few mostly will send you sales letters. My suggestion is to see what the membership has to offer before you make a decision about unsubscribing. Remember, besides all the help and products being offered, these are people in business to make money. Most will offer products they think will help you.

Also, you’ll want to take a look at how these marketers approach making money with their lists. Not all - or even most - are making some huge amount of money, but they are in business. If their letters make you want to buy, try to analyze what it is. And if what you’re receiving is making you nuts to hit the unsubscribe button, analyze that too before you actually get off the list.

In the interests of full disclosure, I must tell you that some of these are affiliate links. While they’re free to join (except the memberships I’ve noted that have cost), almost all of them offer upgrades or products that will cost something. If you buy something from these merchants, they’ll pay me a portion of it.

First, two tools you have to have: WinZip and Adobe Reader. Most of the files you get will be zipped, or compressed, and you’ll have to unzip them to access the information. Then, the book will most likely be a .pdf file, which requires Adobe for you to be able to open and read it. WinZip offers a free trial, if it isn’t already installed on your operating system; Adobe’s download is free.

The SureFireWealth website is simply amazing for the amount of very good material you can get for free, some for personal use, but also a lot for resale. You’ll get a preview of the free downloads before you’re asked to sign up.

Private Label Club - get free websites set up for adsense sites and new private label rights books and articles.

PLR Wholesaler- a great resource for product and training.

E-Bay Masterclass - how-to videos, ebooks, and software.

Resale Rights for Newbies - an incredible amount of information from a couple of true resale rights masters.

Create Profitable Ebooks, from a hugely successful eBay seller (planetsms), is just one of the newsletters offered, all providing great information. He also offers PlanetSMS Monthly Mentorship for $10 per month, offering more specific information, videos, and products.

Planet eBooks is another planetsms/John Thornhill site. Sign up for the newsletter and get a mystery bonus of 5 books. He gives away an incredible amount of information in his newsletters.

Powerseller Diaries - book that chronicles part of the writer’s quest to make PowerSeller at eBay. The book itself is dry, but he has an offer for some good free books.

DeskTopBucks - a great resource for training. It has 5 hours of video training, billed as the Internet Marketing Boot Camp.

Easy Profit Auctions - a ton of resources specifically for getting you started in building your business through selling ebooks on eBay. It costs $97, but if you’re anywhere near being able to afford it, it more than delivers several times that amount in information. The bonus that sold me is the bonus SmartDD digital delivery system. It costs $67 all by itself.

AWeber autoresponder - when you’re ready to begin collecting names for your list/newsletter, you’ll need some sort of autoresponder service. AWeber is the one that stands way above others in recommendations by the internet marketing community. It costs about $20 per month, but seems to be the only one reliably able to help your business grow.

Auction Selling 101

Are you impressed with my ability to get that onto the page? They have an ecourse that offers some good information. They also have a monthly newsletter that I’ll join soon ($20/month).

Operation Black Box has over $10,000 worth of products you can download for free, products contributed by some of the biggest names in internet marketing. There’s quite a bit of information offered for personal use only, but also tons of resale rights products. I know the banner is kind of cheesy, but the site is amazing. Just click on the banner for your signup page.
